At CreatverEduOnline, operated by CREATVER TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we provide a secure platform for educational fee payments. Refunds through our platform apply only to failed transactions. This policy explains how refunds are processed via CreatverEduOnline.
1. Refund Responsibility: Platform vs. Institution
- Platform Responsibility: We refund amounts deducted from your account but not received by the institution due to technical issues with the payment gateway or platform.
- Institution Responsibility: If the payment is successfully received by the institution, any refund related to overpayment, cancellation, or student withdrawal must be requested directly from the Educational Institution according to their refund policy.
2. Eligibility for a Platform Refund (Failed Transactions)
You are eligible for a refund from CreatverEduOnline only if:
- The payment amount was deducted from your bank account/card.
- The transaction is marked as Failed or Pending and the institution has not received the funds.
- The refund request is made within 15 days of the transaction.
3. Refund Procedure for Failed Transactions
To request a refund for a failed transaction, please email our support team at:

Include the following details:
- Subject: “Refund Request – Failed Transaction ID [Your_Transaction_ID]”
- Registered email address and student details
- Proof of amount deduction (bank SMS/email/statement)
After verification (within 48 hours), eligible refunds will be processed. Refunds typically reflect in your bank account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Non-Refundable Cases via CreatverEduOnline
- Successful Payments: If the institution has received the payment.
- User Errors: Incorrect student ID, wrong institution, wrong fee amount.
- Service Charges: Any platform convenience fee is non-refundable.
- External Failures: Poor connectivity, insufficient balance, or user interruption.
5. Changes to This Policy
CreatverEduOnline may update this Refund Policy periodically. All changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
